The beautiful wooden Runners-Bike also known as a balance bike is a toddler-sized vehicle that any child who can walk can enjoy. A tricycle eliminates the need for balance. The Runners-Bike helps the child to learn to balance. The scariest part of learning to ride a bike is the out-of-control feeling of not having your feet on the ground. The balance bike enables the rider to learn to coast and steer with the confidence of knowing the ground is right under their feet.

Great customer service

Excellent customer service! My sons wooden bike had lost a nut and they were prompt in sending me a new replacement part.

Great Bike

My son loves this bike. He’s super fast and lifts his feet no problem. I would definitely recommend it. My only issue is that my son likes it too much and doesn’t what his pedal bike. Not the bikes fault.

This bike has been used by 3 children and is still in great shape! I like that the handlebars only turn so far which prevents the kids from flipping over the bars if they try to turn too sharp. Overall it is a fantastic well-built bike!

My two year old loves this bike.

I did not really understand and was a bit skeptical on how a two year old could get the hang of riding a bike.

Wow, was I wrong. My two year old fell in love and can balance perfectly on the bike.

I wish I had bought on of these for my oldest son.

It is a great product, if you have a two year old, I highly recommend you buy one.

Perfect for exercise as well.

We also love how it is made out of wood, right here in Canada.

Buy one and be amazed.

This bike is nicely made, and worked great in teaching my kids how to balance on a bike. Its still going strong after three years of abuse.

We also have a strider bike(lower weight, and lower seat height) which is also great, But we prefer the air tires and fixed steering bars of the Runners wood bike. The wood is also a nicer design IMO.

Our daughter loves this Bike! We also get a lot of comments from others about how cool the bike looks. Thanks Runners -B

My first child learned how to ride on this bike. There was very little transition to a real bike without training wheels once he was ready. Now my second child is zipping around on his brother's hand-me-down. The bike is great. You do need to tighten the bolts every now and again. All-in-all and excellent and fun bike!

I bought this bike two years ago and very happy to report that it's still holding up great. After three summers using it, my four-year-old is cruising on it and easily will glide for several meters with his feet up and do circles on the driveway....his running shoes get a bit worn out since he drags them to stop but that's the only minor complaint. We'll transition him to a pedal bike next summer and I suspect he'll catch on quickly. We'll still get plenty of use out of this little balance bike with his two younger siblings so it was a solid purchase.

My little boys learned to ride a real bike after 2 years of loving their Runners-Bikes indoors and outdoors. It took them 5 min to learn riding a bike without any falls and pain. Thank you Runners-Bike!

We love the cool design and the quality tires (exceptional).

We bought the wooden bike from Runners Bike 2 years ago and to date, it has been amazing! We gave it to my son on his first birthday and by 1 1/2 he could already ride it around the house. (The house is a perfect place for kids to learn to make sharp turns, corners and of course to stop.) He is not even three yet and can ride the bike perfectly and has incredible agility - in fact, he is now learning to do a few tricks on it! He rides it alongside us on bike rides and can go surprisingly fast! We are now skipping the training wheels and already transitioning him to a regular bike. The bike will now be passed to our daughter who is almost of age. We also get comments all the time on how cool it looks too!
