Our three year old loves her balance bike. It's especially nice to take her out for walks while we're mostly confined to the house.



We lost a nut holding one of the bolts in place. When we inquired about replacing it, they offered to ship the part to us free of charge.

Not only do we love the size & weight of the Runners-bike, we also were extremely impressed by the customer service. Such an amazing Canadian company.

My 3 yr old son has been riding this daily for the past year. We’ve gone on easy hikes in the Rockies and he essentially mountain bikes with it on unpaved trails. Very durable. Also, our experience with customer service has been impeccable. We needed a small part and my email was answered within hours and the part was sent off within the day.

Our son used three balance bikes and this was by far the best. It's robust, has a limiter on the bars, but most of all it's lightweight which makes it manageable for a 2-3-year-old. The pneumatic tires give it a bit of compliance and the neat elastomer gives the rear end a little more suspension. I think it's far superior to the wooden version.

I am really satisfied with this bike. I have four boys and even though my oldest 7 year old can already ride a bike he still loves using it! Because you can easily adjust the seat and the saddle my two-year-old as well as my 7-year-old are able to enjoy the fun with this bike. It is really sturdy and light. We just bought the second one!

We love this bike! My son has literally worn the front and rear tires out completely. Came to find out MEC doesn't sell parts for the bike. Found 2 new tires at runners-bike.com though. Love that they are a Canadian company, located in Edmonton, and family run! Such nice people and the tires arrived in 1 week. So glad we were able to repair the bike!
